How to Attract Specific Birds to Your Backyard Feeder

Baltimore Orioles

These birds aren't very common to see usually, so here's a way to attract them. Buy some GRAPE JELLY or jam at a local store. Place it in a shallow container and hang up outside. The birds will be here before you know it.

Goldfinches

Hummingbirds

These birds are pretty common, and they're easy to attract to your yard because they like RED FLOWERS. You can buy a hummingbird feeder and fill it with sugar water. The hummingbirds love this.

Woodpeckers

These birds love SUET FEEDERS. If you buy suet at a store of almost any kind, you can put it out for the birds in just about anything and watch the downy and other woodpeckers show up. Remember to have a camera ready!
